The always-desirable South End’s 10 least expensive condos for sale right now range from $335,000 to $725,000, according to a new analysis of market-rate listings from real estate research site NeighborhoodX.
The most expensive of the cheapest is a 696-square-foot 1-BR at 26 Rutland Square asking $725,000—or $1,041 a square foot. The least expensive is a 320-square-foot studio at 673 Tremont Street asking $335,000.
Interestingly enough, that studio about the same per square foot ($1,046) as the priciest listing at 26 Rutland. See the interactive chart below for more analysis. And maybe consider Jamaica Plain instead.
