The 17-story, 212-unit apartment building at 1350 Boylston Street in busy, busy Fenway topped off Nov. 17 just over a year after construction commenced.
Construction concern Skanska USA and the nearby McKinley Preparatory High School did the honors. Samuels & Associates is the developer. Skanska is also the developer.
The 183,000-square-foot building replaces an old Burger King and stretches to 178 feet (its original height of 195 feet had proven quite controversial). The tower is scheduled to be finished next fall.
