Boston's residential building boom continues unabated (and continues to drown out the city's hotel-building boom). The Boston Redevelopment Authority late last week approved eight new projects totaling some 464 apartments and (maybe) condos. These include the already ground-broken 6 New Street and the heretofore only-proposed 151 Liverpool Street in busy, busy East Boston; 110 Broad Street on the edge of the Greenway; and the Factory at 46 Wareham, part of the South End's very own constructionpalooza.
