Several of you low-balled this one, calling the free parking space a sign of desperation on the part of the seller. Only a couple of your remembered the sacred real estate mantra, "Location, location, location," pointing out that this was Beacon Hill, people, land of Boston's gentry since time immemorial (or, at least, since the early 19th century, when, coincidentally, this townhouse was built).
