Speaking of all the apartment-building going on about town, Governor Patrick and Mayor Menino this morning joined developers to announce the construction of the $130 million Parcel 24 project at Hudson and Stuart streets in Chinatown. The 345 mixed-income apartments will rise on the site of a once-bustling complex that was demolished in 1962 to make way for the Southeast Expressway. [Herald]
