Added bonus: barely three blocks to Occupy Boston.

New wood flooring, Freshly painted, Ceramic tiled baths, Windows & Roof all recent. Central Air, Private laundry, Deeded garage parking, Elevator, Gym & Pool." And! "Walkscore rates this location as a 'Walkers Paradise'..." Not surprisingly, it commanded a solidly above-average price, according to Trulia.
