The most gabbed-about neighborhood amenity in Boston right now is the school bus stop. The Globe has been all over the tardiness of the company running the essential city service and the steamed reactions of pols: "The Globe reported today that even on the most punctual day of the school year thus far—last Friday—19 percent of the buses arrived late. ...
