How Much for Beacon Hill Triplex Marketed by Tracy Campion?

New, 1 comment

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: A 3-BR, 3.5-BA condo on Mt. Vernon Street, a short walk from Louisburg Square in Beacon Hill
Square Footage: N/A

The Skinny: Superbroker Tracy Campion, she of the $179 million in recent luxury sales, is marketing this gorgeously renovated triplex in a building dating from the Jefferson administration. There is an honest-to-god "entertaining room" with "high ceilings and fine details," plus a gourmet kitchen and deck overlooking the private, walled (of course) garden. But perhaps the master suite is the bad-assest of all: It's got its own sitting room, walk-in closet and bathroom drenched in marble. What say you (in the comments section below)?
