Big Reveal: Beacon Hill Triplex Marketed by Tracy Campion

New, 1 comment

And, now, the results of last week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game

Location: 66 Mt. Vernon Street, #1
Asking Price: $2,499,000
One of you guesstimated $5 million. Such enthusiasm is understandable—we've seen the photos, too. But, alas, the asking price is not even half that for this 3-BR, 3.5-BA Beacon Hill triplex in a building dating from the Jefferson administration and one marketed by the redoubtable Tracy Campion, Boston's top luxury broker (maybe that was it—the assumption that everything Ms. Campion touches turns to $5M and up. We understand that one, too.)
