The Skinny: Probably one of the more affordable Beacon Hill sales of the autumn (we say "autumn," not "fall"), this 1-BR, 1-BA condo still sold for slightly above the average ($371K), according to Trulia, though the sales price per square foot ($689) was below.

The Skinny: This is more like it for Beacon Hill near Louisburg Square—a 1-BR, 1-BA condo going for more than $60K above the $542,583 average sales price for similar homes, according to Trulia; and the sales price per square foot ($775) was well over the average as well.

The Skinny: This 1-BR (née studio), 1-BA condo in the Leather District sold for just about the average for similar homes (just under $338K), according to Trulia, though the sales price per square foot was well below ($771).
