The Menino administration moved yesterday to evict Occupy Boston from Dewey Square: "The city filed a 200-page document in court arguing that while the protesters have the right to free speech, they have no right to live on public property. ... An attorney for the protesters says Occupy Boston plans to stay and fight eviction. A court hearing is scheduled for Thursday." [Herald]
