Boston's zoning board has postponed its decisions on two condo projects in South Boston because the developers say they want more time to address community concerns: "Developers of 537 East Seventh St. would like to combine the two existing parcels and erect a four-story eight unit condominium building ... Developers of 870 East Second St. ... would raze the current one-story single family structure and replace it with a three-story three family condominium building with two-bedroom units and three off-street parking spaces."
