Our inclusion of the South End among Boston's "Top 5 Starter Neighborhoods" for first-time homebuyers has caused a kerfuffle. Basically, you think we're nuts (or New Yorkers—we're not; we live here): "The South End a starter neighborhood?! Hahahahaha! Rosi, JP, Hyde Park, The Dot = relatively affordable. The South End?
