We said this 2-BR, 2.5-BA condo in Brookline's Fisher Hill neighborhood was punching above its weight space-wise, spreading its 2,034 square feet cleverly over an airy, open layout that takes advantage of the natural light as well as every nook and cranny (two walk-in closets and a closet to accompany the walk-in closet in the master suite!). We also said it went for more than $1 million back in 1999 ($1.2M to be precise), which is what most of you seized on, guessing just north of that. It's a little farther than "just" north, though. Yours for a cool $1.4M even.
