Our paisan site Curbed National has the news that the buyer of the Martha's Vineyard estate where the Obamas vacation was bought by none other than British architect (throat-clear) Lord Norman Foster: "Foster paid $21.9M, making it one of the highest-priced single family houses in Vineyard history."
