Boston's Priciest Condo May Have Highest Luxury Closet Ratio

We told you this morning about the most expensive condo closing in Boston in November: $4,325,000 for a Back Bay spread at 45 Commonwealth. Now here's the floorplan, courtesy of the kind folks at LINK. The listing touted "3+" bedrooms, presumably because the study could be converted easily (you know, a bed, a table, something by Murakami—that usually does it for us). But, as you can see, the condo also has the potential for as many as 9 closets, depending on how the mechanical ones and the laundry area are used. With the condo at 2,883 square feet, that could be a ratio of 1 closet for every 320 square feet. Highest ratio in high-end Boston?
