$950K Charlestown TH Has a Floor for Every Era

This 3-BR, 2.5-BA Charlestown beaut offers over its 2,308 square feet just about every type of Boston flooring from the last 200 or so years (the townhouse itself dates from 1860). You've got your rustic hardwood from way, way back when, as if slabs of timber were simply dropped in place. Then you find your more modern hardwood, all buffed and shined. There is also wall-to-wall carpeting; a post-modern covering that resembles a black-and-white Twister board; and some species of shag in one of the bedrooms. You can, of course, remove any of these, should you pay the $950K price, but that would spoil the theme. Also included: parking for $50K more.
