We told you on Wednesday about the top 5 condo sales in Boston in December. No. 2 was a bodacious spread at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed, Related-developed Clarendon on Stuart Street in Back Bay (Related's founder and principal owner, by the way, also owns the Miami Dolphins—a little NFL trivia pre-Big Game). The 2,508-square-foot spread with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms went for $4,100,000. Now, we have the above floorplan of a nearly identical unit in the Clarendon, which shows that the buyer could have a fourth bedroom were he or she so inclined—just carefully strike through "Library." And there are at least 9 windows fronting on Stuart, with views of the John Hancock Tower and beyond.
