Jonathan Papelbon Lists Back Bay PH for $3.1M

Jonathan Papelbon holds the all-time Red Sox record for saves. But can the great closer close a deal on his Beacon Street penthouse? (Hey, cut us a break, it's early.) He and wife Ashley have listed the 4-BR, 3-BA Beacon Street stunner that dates to 2009 and runs to 2,500 square feet for $3,100,000. It's a knockout through and through. It's got top-shelf appliances (kegerator presumably included) and high ceilings, an outdoor hot tub and two decks, private parking and direct elevator access. It's also got, as best we can tell from the Longwood Residential listing photos, two chairs (or replicas thereof) from Fenway.
