Trippy Color Schemes of Cambridge's Second-Priciest Home

New, 1 comment

The old carriage house at 74 Lake View Avenue in West Cambridge is the city's second most expensive home on the market right now (we've written about the priciest, too). For $2,490,000, you would get 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2,840 square feet and a heck of a lot of sunlight. It's beautiful really—big and bold and, we imagine, quiet at the same time. But ... and there's always a but ... the color schemes currently in some rooms, coupled with the bends in the walls and ceilings, have us remembering lava lamps we've owned. We thought they were cool at the time.
