This 1-BR, 1.5-BA high-floor spread over 1,040 feet originally asked $875,000 (or about $841 a square foot). As of last week, it's added an extra $100K to the price. Perhaps it's keeping up with the recently listed larger 2-BR, 2.5-BA down the hall that's asking $2,060,000. Bananas.
