Our big hint was that this 2-BR, 2-BA on the Charlestown waterfront last traded in 2003 for $805,000, so all of you guessed above that (thank God). But not above enough! Some thought the view wasn't all that much given the possibilities of the waterfront location; others thought the location or the size (1,766 square feet) warranted a tag closer to the one in '03. People, please! We've had a boom and a bust since then. And now a recovery. Do keep up.
