DOWNTOWN CROSSING—So you may have heard that the building at 1-4 Winter Street that has housed the Locke-Ober restaurant the last 137 years was sold. Turns out a fresh restaurant is in its future, as are apartments. Sayeth one of the new owners: "We think that we're going to do residential units on the second, third and fourth floors, and we're going to have some restaurant use on the first floor." [Herald]
