Let's Debate Whether This Cambridge 3-BR Is a Loft

New, 3 comments

Yesterday, we mused aloud about what may make a Hub loft: airy, high ceilings; an open floorplan; an island in the kitchen. Whatever constitutes one, it's clear that everyone aspires to a loft in the Hub, rather than a warren of narrow hallways and squeaky-hinged doors, however deeply rooted in yesteryear. This 3-BR, 3-BA corner unit at the Regatta Riverview on the edge of Cambridge checks all the boxes for a loft (though, interestingly, does not pitch itself as such in the listing. No matter. Airy, high ceilings? Check. Open floorplan? Check. An island in the kitchen. Oh yeah. Plus, there's a separate entrance for one of the bedrooms and regardez those views from the 20th floor. Yours since last week for $1,395,000.
