New Restaurant Openings; Updating the Eater Boston Heatmap

We're so hungry we could eat a Brazilian steak. Luckily, here's Eater Boston!

BACK BAY—The Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão comes to town with a new opening in The Westin Copley Place, official as of dinner tonight. There's meat, more meat, additional meat, and 3,000 bottles of wine. Here, take a look inside.

SOMERVILLE—Let's be honest: Magoun Square isn't the hippest part of town, but Daddy Jones might change that. The Greek-leaning retro bar officially opened yesterday at 5pm.

THEATER DISTRICT—After a string of rumors and detective work about a new project for Blue Inc. chef and former Hell's Kitchen contestant Jason Santos, the truth comes out. The new restaurant is called Abby Lane and aims to open by the Wang in just a couple weeks.

HUB-WIDE—It's time again for the monthly update to the Eater Boston Heatmap, helping savvy, hungry people like yourself find out where to eat right this freaking minute. A new ramen shop and a downtown banh mi fix make the cut this time around.
