How Much for 2-BR Near the End of the Green Line?

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Next week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2-BR, 2-BA condo about 500 feet from the Lechemere T stop
Square Footage: 1,120
The Skinny: Someday maybe, baby, the Lechemere stop in East Cambridge will not be the end of the line for the Green Line, not if SomerVision takes hold. For now, though, it is. And this condo, in a building constructed in 2006 and including such amenities as a gym and a common roof deck, rests right near it. Extra bonus hint: the condo last traded in July 2008 for $665,000.
