Otherwise, the triplex at 24 Commonwealth Avenue, which, at $4,500,000, brought up the rear in our list of the year's 12 most expensive condo deals, has at least four bedrooms; a library, which presumably could be a fifth bedroom; a living room and a family room; five bathrooms; and a kitchen. There's also a 221-square-foot patio and a 360-square-foot deck (the two appear connected by a stairwell). Do keep in mind: this 4,181-square-footer was at the lower end of our higher-end survey.
