The 6-BR, 4.5-BA Milton manse that Governor Deval Patrick and wife Diane tried to sell in 2009 and 2010 is back on the market, this time for $1,500,000. The couple has listed the 6,880-square-foot Colonial, with nine working fireplaces, for as much as $1.9M, though it disappeared from the market in December 2010, when listed for $1,725,000. The Patricks bought it for $560,000 way back in April 1989, and live primarily now on an estate in the Berkshires.
