Chin-Stroking at Foundry Works Building; Boston's Office Boom

EAST CAMBRIDGE—The Foundry Works Building remains empty: "The 52,000-square-foot building at 117 Rogers St. was deeded with the stipulation that the city dedicates at least 10,000 square feet for community use. Councilors have yet to show consensus on determining just what qualifies as a community use and which organizations or institutions would be allowed to inhabit the space." [Chronicle & Tab]
