NANTUCKET—After changing hands for a $1M in July 2007, this Gray Lady antique (above) returned to the market "with the benefits of state of the art amenities and materials" in May 2009, asking $2,795,000. A few years and a few price-chops later, it closed in late October for $2.2M.
