A new apartment tower in downtown Brooklyn is taking its name from Greater Boston—we guess. A 52-story building will go up in one of the few slices of the New York borough not claimed by baby strollers or Asian fusion joints, and it will call itself, quite simply, "The Hub." Market-rate apartments in the 720-unit tower will be priced at $40 to $50 a square foot. [Journal via Curbed New York]
