Rare Big Resale at The Clarendon: $1,771 a Square Foot

New, 1 comment

The Clarendon in Back Bay is undoubtedly one of the toniest of Boston's tonier buildings, a Robert A.M. Stern-designed masterstroke with walk-in closets big enough to be bedrooms and multitudes of windows per unit. What it doesn't have are a lot of resales of its larger units. This 4-BR, 4.5-BA, 2,428-square-foot corner condo is one of those (the first, in fact, of an A-line 4-BR)—it just hit the market for $4,320,000, or $1,771 a square foot. There's an open house tomorrow afternoon. Tell the 1 percent we said hi.
