The big public hearing last night at the Boston Public Library on the proposed T cuts and hikes got a little bit rowdy: "Police had to be called into the hearing to help turn away the overflow crowd and quiet rowdy riders. Even Mayor Thomas M. Menino was shouted down—until he urged the crowd to let people have their say. 'If you want to make noise, go outside,' Menino said, even as he questioned the cuts." [Herald]
