Leather District Loft Walls Itself Off

New, 6 comments

Before and After is Curbed Boston's look at the renovation powers of Hub owners. Got an example of one or some? Email.

Above is the 7th-floor loft at 210 Lincoln Street in the middle of the last decade. Its 1,402 square feet were wide open, including faux walls around the bedroom that appear to stop well short of their bottoms and tops.

Now, the same loft by the architect-owner who's listing it for $749,000. The open feel remains, while the openness in actuality has been compartmentalized into a true 2-BR. The kitchen's been seriously revamped as well.
