The Skinny: We absolutely loved this one: "I'm going to guess the seller is pimping $499,999 for a $349,000 unit." Most guesses, in fact, were quite savvy, falling in the $400K range, with one guess way above and one way below. The 2-BR, 1-BA in Mid-Cambridge has been on the market for a week now, which is about as long as this recent outbreak of Linsanity has lasted. Now back to regular programming.
