We told you yesterday about the charming Cambridge 4-BR that underwent a major renovation and is now asking double what it got in 2011. One of you, in turn, listed 12 reasons (12!) in the Comments why it's not worth the $1.45M tag. Here's the kicker: "12: Why use such cheap cabinets when acres of wood will be shown?
