A planned 103-unit apartment-and-retail building on Centre Street in Jamaica Plain just got $46.8 million in financing: "MassHousing will provide $31.4 million in loans for the development while the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust and its subsidiary, Building America CDE, are providing a combined $15.4 million in financing. The project is the first phase of the $250 million redevelopment of Jackson Square in Boston’s Jamaica Plain community." [Biz Journal]
