Four real estate heavies made Boston Magazine's annual 50 Most Powerful People in Boston list, two it looks like because of the mother of all recent Boston towers: No. 1 John Fish, the chairman and C.E.O. of the Suffolk Construction concern behind the actual building of the tower at the old Filene's site in Downtown Crossing; and No. 22 Anthony Pangaro, the Boston hand for the tower's lead developer, Millennium Partners.
Also on the list: No. 19 Joe Fallon, president and C.E.O. of his eponymous company, which Fan Pier on the Southie waterfront, where the game-changing Vertex HQ is going; and superbroker Tracy Campion.
