What/Where: condo on Essex Street near South Station

The Skinny: We've talked about "starter homes" before, and this 1-BR, 1-BA Leather District spread seems to fit the bill to a T. Of course, you won't even need the T (yup, we went there) because it's in clear walking distance to much of downtown Boston. In other words, its very location makes it that much more attractive to young professionals looking to buy their first home. Bonus clue before you vote: the price was chopped $30K late last month. What say you?
