The 4-BR, 3.5-BA, 2,911-square-foot townhouse at 103 Mount Vernon Street went on the market early last year for $2,795,000. Its price was chopped by $120,000 in January; and then, apparently, if our math is right, again shortly thereafter; and, finally, again this past Friday by $100,000. It's now asking $2,495,000 for what the listing calls a residence "meticulously renovated in 2008." There can be, of course, an au paire suite on the lower level.
