The W Boston is not shy about raising its condos' prices (like it did in January, when it upped the tag on a 1-BR, 1.5-BA $100,000 because of a parking space). So this latest price-bump, on the eve of Tax Day, no less, is not all that surprising. Except it is: At $545,000, the price-bump represents almost a 25 percent increase in the asking price, and came less than a week after the 3-BR, 3.5-BA, 2,729-square-foot spread hit the market. It's now asking $2,785,000.
