The Skinny: Last week it was a 1-BR in the Leather District. We thought we'd move things a tad northeasterly to another cozy one in the North End. It's got an open floorplan, high ceilings and central air, plus laundry in the 112-year-old building and storage as well. Bonus hint: The condo last traded in September 2006 for $352,000.
