Sizzle! When we first met this 3-BR, 2.5-BA penthouse at 347 Commonwealth Avenue last fall, it had just undergone a $340K price-chop. Then it disappeared from the sales market. Then it reappeared at the tail end of winter, Frank Lloyd Wright-designed living room fireplace and all, asking $2,650,000. As of April 19, it's been price-chopped again, this time by $151K. It last sold right before the Great Recession in April of 2008 for $2,878,514, so we're not sure what's going on here. It's getting cheaper by the season, though already theoretically priced to move.
