How Much for Fireplace-Centric Somerville TH?

New, 1 comment

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Later this week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 3-BR, 2-BA, end-unit townhouse on Perry Street in Somerville, next to Lincoln Park and about 1 mile east of Harvard
Square Footage: 1,721
The Skinny: Everything apparently rotates around the wood-burning fireplace in the open living and dining rooms, which, in part, seems to give the place some odd or unique angles, depending on your perspective regarding such things. The townhouse has had "many updates," according to the old listing, including a redone kitchen and new windows. It's got at least one deeded parking space and central air.
