This is one of the baddest-ass-est maps we've seen in a while and we give a hat tip to Bostonography for pointing us to it. It is essentially a heat map of Hub apartment rents. The redder an area the pricier its apartments; conversely, the bluer, the cheaper. And here's a key thing: The map reflects rents as of June 2011—in other words, a lot of leases just ending right about now. Will the map, then, change significantly after this summer? We're betting no, given the rent stats from the first three months of 2012.
