The Skinny: Well, la-di-freakin'-da. We set this one up as a referendum on Cambridge luxury vs. Boston luxury, and it appears Boston luxury has won the battle, though the war rages on. More than 83 percent of you voted for an asking under the actual one for this 4-BA, 4-BR co-op in the architecturally challenged, yet undoubtedly elegant tower on Memorial Drive. A mere 12.5 voted for the correct price, and a miniscule amount said it was worth any more. Duly noted.
