How Much Would You Pay a 'Motivated' Beacon Hill Seller?

New, 1 comment

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Next week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2-BR, 2-BA condo at the corner of Smith Court and Joy Street
Square Footage: 1,080
The Skinny: The first thing you should know is that the seller of this Beacon Hill triplex is "motivated," according to the listing. He or she or it will even throw in the furniture at a negotiated price (though we're not sure you're in need of a new used futon). Not to be totally jaded, there are nice touches: 20-foot ceilings in the living room and a back patio enclosed by a stone wall. Plus, there's the location itself. What say you re: the asking price, though?
