The airy Atelier 505 condo once owned by former Red Sox All-Star Nomar Garciaparra and soccer Olympian Mia Hamm keeps getting cheaper. The superstar couple sold it in 2005, and their buyers put it back on the market for $4,375,000 in late 2011, making it for a time the priciest Boston condo listing outside of Back Bay and Beacon Hill (and the Ritz in Chinatown). It was then price-chopped in March by $380,000 (which seemed like a lot at the time, but doesn't seem so now). Well, it's been price-chopped again, this time by $400,000, down to $3,590,000, though we're pretty sure that still makes it the priciest condo listing outside of Back Bay and Beacon Hill. Whatta market!
