The New Priciest Boston Listing Outside Back Bay, Beacon Hill

For a long while, even after its titanic price-chops ($380K and then $400), the old home of Nomar Garciaparra and Mia Hamm at the Atelier 505 in the South End was the most expensive Boston listing outside of Back Bay and Beacon Hill (and the Ritz). Last we checked in June, the 3-BR, 3.5-BA was asking $3,590,000, though it appears to have dropped off the market altogether. No matter. There's a new Priciest Boston Listing Outside of Back Bay and Beacon Hill (and the Ritz) in town: this sweeping 4,104-square-foot, 4-BR, 3.5-BA at 234 Causeway Street in the North End. There's a few living rooms, if you'd like, and a separate wing altogether for guests, plus more than 1,200 square feet of outdoor space, including gardens. Yours for a Back Bay-esque $4,850,000.
