The Skinny: There are two minor points and one major one you need to know before you vote on this Charlestown beaut. The minor points: the house includes a finished basement; and, apparently, it has the layout to be divided into two separate condos (though, presumably, one would lack a shower). The major one: the seller is "very motivated looking to close as soon as possible," according to the listing (which is lacking in interior photos, which should be another hint altogether). What say you, then, re: the asking price?
